Initial Visit/Custom Stretching Session

Service Description

This inital session is designed to assess your goals for wellness and work with any limitations you may have in movement. You will also receive a fully customized stretching program to use at home (PDF or digital APP) with your personal specifics. Set yourself up for success and become proactive in your health care!

Cancellation Policy

It is required that you give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a booked service. If you honour that time frame you will be given a full refund or credit as you wish. There are no refunds for booked services that are cancelled without 24 hours notice.
